The Upcoming Converge and Collaborate meeting will run over two days (May 12/13) in Dublin.

There will be a single stream of presentations. In addition to that main presentation stream, there will be a program of breakout meetings to follow up on hot topics, tool and product demonstrations, a ‘Let’s Build’ program, space for informal meetings and catching up on emails.

Q2 (11:00-12:30) - Report back session from working groups

Q3 (13:30 - 15:00) - Architecture and Strategy (Kate Ebrill / Ian Bennett / Tudor Pitulac / Ian McNicoll)

Q4 (15:30 - 17:00) - Mapping openEHR and FHIR #1 (Florian Schramm & Jake Smolka / Diego Boscá / Igor Schoonbrood / Sebastian Garde / Theo Stolker)

Q5 (17:15-17:45) - The Rachel Show

Hi Abi,

thank you for the program, we are looking forward to the event!

Back in January in your “Events list” post, you mentioned that a joint meeting of SEC and CPB may happen in Dublin. We were allowed to attend such a meeting in Barcelona as “listeners”, and it was very informative. Do you have further info whether this meeting will happen in Dublin, and if yes, if we could attend as listeners again?

There is a joint meeting of the SEC and CPB on the afternoon of Monday 11 May. I have contacted the program chairs to see whether they will accept ‘listeners’ again, and will let you know.

In the end of the conference several working group projects were discussed and voted on. People raised hands and took over stewardship(?). IIRC @ukpenguin took photos to keep track.

Is there any follow-up available, any page with more info and contacts? I want to evaluate contributing to those projects.

I was wondering that myself, I proposed a project that was chosen as interesting and I was wondering how I was supposed to start all the process (if I’m even the one who has to start it)

@heidi.koikkalainen has been analysing the photos and has started working on refactoring the workgroups but no formal decisions made just yet AFAIK. The FHIR folks will have been pretty worn out after Rotterdam so not too surprising that there has been a wee lull
