@wouterzanen @joostholslag is there an open request for talks for the conference? I’m visiting the conference event page and can’t find information about that, thanks!

Hi Pablo, we didn’t think of that, sorry. But it’s a good idea for next time. The program is already quite full, but feel free to reach out to info@openehr.nl if you feel we’ve missed something. It’s really inspiring that you’re travelling all the way from South America, looking forward to meet in person!

Thanks @joostholslag sorry, I didn’t know it was a closed event. I’m used to have conferences where they do an open call for talks or panels, and I was wondering about this because the date is approaching and didn’t see any call from the organization of the NL event.

Yes, for me is quite a long trip, I wanted to be at Barcelona but it was impossible. Now for November we arranged to travel with the family so we will all visit the Netherlands, then travel to Spain where I have some training work already arranged.

The event is not closed - anybody can still register and attend, just the the program in roughly settled.
A few months ago when we announced the conference date, I was informally called for presentations during SEC meeting (and I think Joost did the same in CPB). This gave input for the program, and made so that this year is the first time we have three tracks; we thought there will be enough presentations slots.
But like Joost was saying next time we might go for a more formal call for presentation process. In the meanwhile you can write to email mentioned above.

Hi @sebastian.iancu I meant closed for the talk proposal, not for the attendance!

I would like to attend remotely from US, so does anyone know if I do register, can the event be video-teleconference broadcast remotely over Zoom or Microsoft Teams?
Thanks,
