@DavidIngram has sent me a transcript of his talk introducing Medinfo to openEHR in 2007, which is included as an additional resource on his book’s website. I’ve uploaded it here for posterity (converted it into a PDF so it will pre-render here)

I remember that evening - the first openEHR gathering/party that I attended with international colleagues in the room. Perhaps the first ever?
