We’re looking into modelling bladder scan results, in particular bladder volume / post-void residual (PVR) volume, in openEHR.
I’ve searched CKM and Discourse but haven’t found an archetype specifically intended for this use case. I did find openEHR-EHR-CLUSTER.imaging_exam-bladder.v0 (“Imaging examination of the bladder”), which contains bladder dimensions (length, width and depth), but doesn’t appear to contain bladder volume or post-void residual volume.
Before we start modelling something ourselves, I’m curious whether anyone has already looked into this.
Has anyone implemented or modelled bladder scan results / post-void residual volume in openEHR? If so, which archetypes and modelling approach did you use?
I’m also interested if anyone has considered this use case previously, even if it hasn’t made its way into the CKM.
Hi, I remember participating in the prostate MR template modeling (not quite the same use case, I know), but the Physical dimensions cluster was used there to represent volume.
