Results of the openEHR poll - Top archetypes/concepts for use in an Emergency

The Top 11 concepts voted by the community were:

  4. Vital Signs group

  9. Admission/Episode

  10. Clinical Synopsis
    As a direct result of the poll, there are more than 10 archetypes that will need to be reviewed - one completed and two already under review; some relatively simple, some more complex and some families of archetypes:

  11. Medication - Instruction, Action and common Structure

  12. Problem and its specialisation Diagnosis

  13. Adverse Reaction - currently under review

  14. Vital Signs group - Blood Pressure, Respirations (both currently under review), Heart Rate and specialisation Pulse, Body Temperature (completed) and Oximetry

  15. Laboratory test result

  16. Alert

  17. Blood Group

  18. Procedure - Instruction, Action and common Structure

  19. Admission - needs some development work

  20. Clinical Synopsis
