Just to let you know that since the sprint started we have had 6 archetypes published, 3 in the past 2 weeks:
· Medical Device (CLUSTER)
· Adverse Reaction List (COMPOSITION)
· Encounter (COMPOSITION)
· Physical Examination Finding (OBSERVATION)
· Urinalysis (OBSERVATION)
· Adhoc Heading (SECTION)
Currently there are 11 archetypes out for review.
You are welcome to adopt any or all of these archetypes if you would like to participate but have not yet been invited:
· Reason for Encounter review initiated today, review #1 closes 13 April
· Problem List review initiated today, review #1 closes 13 April.
· Health Risk assessment – review #2 closes 10 April.
· Glasgow Coma scale – review #4 closes 10 April.
· Procedure (ACTION) – review #1 formally closes 4 April, although will physically remain open until after Easter.
· Anatomical location – review #2 formally closes 3 April, although will physically remain open until after Easter.
· Relative anatomical location – review #2 formally closes 3 April, although will physically remain open until after Easter.
· Problem/Diagnosis – review #2 closes soon, on 26 March.
· Symptom – review #1 closes soon, on 25 March.
· Family History is currently being revised after its first review round and will be sent out for next review soon.
· Adverse Reaction Risk (FHIR/openEHR) – remains open pending comments from HL7.
