I would like to propose a workshop at the next MEDINFO.
If you are interested in this plan, please reply on this mailing
list or direct to me.
We had two good workshops at MEDINFO in 2007 and 2010.
The coming MEDINFO will be held at 20-23 August 2013. http://www.medinfo2013.dk/
The paper and proposal deadline is closing, 10 December, 2012.
However, I think we have enough time to discuss to have a good
workshop proposal.
In the contrast of established paper discussion, workshop can discuss
about on going materials. Even though we can get information about
openEHR related development, face-to-face discussion could share
more experience.
At this workshop, I think it does not matter what you did, but what you are
doing. I wish to share our passion.

I have developments on openEHR data persistence, openEHR EMRs (GUI, validation), CDS (rule engine), … and some workshop stuff (http://www.slideshare.net/pablitox/).
Daniel, thank you very much, you correct my misunderstanding about the deadline.
I am very happy to know we have more one month moratorium.
Rong, Ian, Pablo, can you have presentation with us?
If you can, I will ask you your affiliation and session titles.
I can give some OpenEHR related presentations about projects I am working in.
And also, Copenhagen is close to my home, only 700 km.
But my problem is to determine what is important for me, over 9 or 10 months, maybe the things I do know are completely passé by then, the technique we develop change almost on daily base.
Next year august, which is also holiday-season, so I must also wait for family holiday-planning next year.
I don't know any solutions for this.
So I wait, and next year, if it is possible/useful, I will come back to this.
We have some interesting openEHR developer related things to show from
Linköping University. In addition to our general openEHR REST approach
we would be happy to show
- how you can support storage and retrieval of post-coordinated
terminology bound openEHR data and also
- how to create your own EHR visualizations based on AQL and javascript/HTML5.
Daniel Karlsson and I plan to attend the Medinfo workshop (some others
from Linköping may also join later).
To finish our workshop proposal, could you let me know your information.
