The current FHIR mappings to Diagnostic Status in FHIR Connect library are outlined here. @SevKohler has put a lot of effort into the mappings. I think there is perhaps a wider conversation as to how these are clinically ratified especially given FHIR Connect syntax is not familiar to everyone. In the current mapping, entered-in-error is essentially ignored (i.e. not mapped). Will see about updating this to reflect your take below Ian.The mapping currently has “provisional” mapping to “working” rather than “probable”
