This intuitive CHH logical/navigational structure encompasses the Healthcare continuum and provides verified and validated information sources and data standards. The model also provides a structure by which to construct and re-use components (Packets) to support specific clinical and administrative requirements to aid collaboration, storage and retrieval of information.
