Seminar in Kyoto

Dear openEHR colleagues,

I am happy to announce that we publish the movies of the seminar
"Design of clinical models and standards" by Prof. Dipak Kalra and Dr
Stanley Huffl, we had in this May in Kyoto, Japan.

It is our pleasure if you like these movies.

Best regards,
Shinji KOBAYASHI

Thank you, Shinji, and congratulations on this publication.

They are informative and inspiring talks - extremely well presented, as one would expect from Stan and Dipak. They'll be very useful for students - many thanks to your University for making them available in this way.

It's heartening to see how much the openEHR ADL/AOM has been able to contribute to the underlying rationale and integrative methodology for the initiatives described in the talks. That is a credit and tribute to the hard work of several important communities, and the spirit in which they are collaborating.

Dipak makes some strong points about the relationship of the ISO/CEN 13606 standard and the openEHR specifications for the EHR. It's good to have them so clearly crystallised and stated, again, as here.

Best wishes,

David Ingram
