We’ve continued this work, and uploaded two new and one modified archetype to the CKM.
- The new CLUSTER.adverse_reaction_event_summary, comprising the contents of the earlier ‘Reaction event’ internal cluster of the EVALUATION.adverse_reaction_risk archetype
- The new OBSERVATION.adverse_reaction_monitoring
- The modified EVALUATION.adverse_reaction_risk, where the ‘Reaction event’ cluster has been replaced by a SLOT for the CLUSTER.adverse_reaction_event_summary archetype. Additionally, the value sets of the status elements have been updated.
