Does anyone know of any archetypes that have been created for recording EQ-5D?

Is anyone using the EQ-5D-5L archetype? It is currently in Initial/Predraft status in the CKM but we have a need for it in Finland so would like to get it reviewed and published if possible. I will bring it up at the next @ieb meeting.
Yes, we use it here in Norway, however, we could not send it for publication on CKM due to copyright issues.

I am using the EQ-5D-5L but not the version that is currently on CKM, there was a older one before.
Would be nice to have it updated and compliant to the recent PROMs guideline.
