The archetypes “Procedure screening questionnaire”, “Symptom/sign screening questionnaire”, “Problem/Diagnosis screening questionnaire”, “Medication screening questionnaire” and "
Management screening questionnaire" has been through three review rounds. The recommodations after the last review round were “Minor Revision” or “Accept”.
There has been made som clarifications to the archetypes “Header” sections and to some descriptions. Descriptons to the values in the elements containing valuesets for Yes, No, Unkown have been removed to make the archetypes more flexible,
The scope of the Problem/diagnosis screening questionnaire archetype has been broadened to include issues, and the distinction between the Procedure screening questionnaire archetype and the Management screening questionnaire archetype has been made clearer.
Unless there are objections the ‘Questionnaire’ archetypes will be ready for publication Aug 16, 2022.
