Have people looked at the OASIS CAM effort as applied to Archetypes:

It is an interesting approach that has been underway for quite awhile now.

Hi David :

Thanks for pointing out the synergy here. David Webber (Chair of TC CAM) ,
myself and other BCM TC members are working towards the creation of
standards that share a common declaration of Archetypes / Templates plus
(not dependent) shared (clinical) e-Folders using ebXML Registry /
Repository.

Do you have any preliminary examples of Archetypes/Templates that would be applicable to OpenEHR?
