Just a general comment @Joost, that there are many documents/processes/app that are called ’ Care plans’ that do not follow the

pattern i.e not specific Goals or even defined problems. Can we call these ‘goal-oriented care plans’ - otherwise we get into a tangle of understanding (been there many. many times!!)

Thanks for pointing this out Ian. Care plans are probably an overloaded term outside of Nedap. Goal oriented sounds fine to me.

Ian is there any taxonomy or even some description of varieties of ‘care plan’? It would be good to get a bit more clarity on this…
