No, the Australian CKM was deactivated around 2016-17.

Not to my knowledge. That would be a decision for the Digital Health Agency, I would imagine. The Sparked program is prototyping a tool that consumes archetypes as the starting point for a tool chain generating FHIR logical models and other outputs supporting AUCDI. Early days yet.
