As a community we probably need to think about the rules expression:

1) ADL invariants (diastolic <= systolic)
2) Conditional statements in templates (if this node has this value or the
person is female then populate this)
3) Notifications - if this archetype node has this value then send this
notification

I wonder if others have an architecture for rules interactions in this
space.
