Ehr-extract-classes, sometimes I am to much fixed on techniques that I
forget, the meaning.

This will give people an idea of how the Extract will look in the
future. I will do a new draft in a couple of weeks. Anyone here who is
intersted in taking an active part in modelling and reviewing this
specifcatoin, let me know.
