By the way, shouldn't the 'property' of a DV_QUANTITY end up in the
term_definition of a node?
from the specifications, it says that must at least include 'text' and
'description', but more can be defined. For example, the specification
shows:

Why don't use something like that to put 'property' (or even better,
'semantic group' to be more generic) and store the property there
