I'm wondering which is the correct use of DV_PROPORTION and DV_QUANTITY...
When using DV_QUANTITY with property attribute 'proportion' and when using
DV_PROPORTION? Why can not we use always a DV_PROPORTION for proportion!?

The standard advice is always to use DV_PROPORTION. I am not sure of
the background to why proportion i also available as a DV_QUANTITY.

Hi,
I think it was there before DV_PROPORTION was introduced in the data
types. It will be nice if an archetype editor can suggest
DV_PROPORTION instead of DV_QUANTITY when the 'proportion' property is
selected in the archetype editor.
