Is this to be taken any notice of:
?
Well, like most things that question is context dependent. ![]()
It is important (mostly because it involves the 800 lb. gorilla called
HL7) but it is also important if you plan to be able to export your data
out for research. They will likely create "the" format for that.
"The goal of the BRIDG Project is to produce a shared view of the
dynamic and static semantics of a common domain-of-interest,
specifically the domain of protocol-driven research and its associated
regulatory artifacts."
They are very focused on one aspect (and may even be focused on only the
US?) of clinical data. IMHO - just another silo!
But for now they should be relegated to the Do Not Disturb pile. The
even admit that the next 12 - 18 months will be one of constant change.
My $.02.

All,
I have tried (on this and other lists) to set my preferences so that I
receive a copy of my own email. Mostly because I have no clue of what
I sent to which mailing list I guess. ![]()
I NEVER seem to recieve a copy of the email I sent.
Now I really think that Mailman is probably the best mailing list
manager available. However, this issue seems to be pervasive across
many mailing lists and many domains.
It is VERY frustrating since I need to keep track of what I said where
otherwise I'll be VERY confused.
Thoughts? Solutions?
Cheers,
Tim
Ah, finally someone else! I can not get the messages that I send to
list. When I check it using the list archives, I see my mail there, but
since I can not get my own mail, I can not be sure without checking the
archive whether others got it or not.
If you resolve this please let us know please.
All the best

must be something in mailman's settings, I recieve every mail, but
sometimes it takes half an hour, this also wonders me.

I don't think there is anythign magic in mailman - as far as I know it
just sends a copy of the post to every subscriber, which includes the
sender. So I wonder if you have some filter running or some junk / spam
rule that is mistakenly killing the received emails?

There is a few related administrator settings not sure what OpenEHR
has them set to of course:
1) [ ] Conceal the member's address
2) [X] Acknowledge the member's posting
3) [ ] Do not send a copy of a member's own post
4) [X] Filter out duplicate messages to list members (if possible)

There is an option in the mailman settings that you can set for each list:
It is only a test of the stupid GMail system. Do not adjust your
sets!!!!!!!
