Hi, are you aware of any openEHR based personal health record project?
The aim would be to capture wellness type of information integrated with recent wearable/smart phone based sensor data.
Preferably open source.
Cheers,

Hi Koray
The rippleosi.org project is planning to do some sort of phr based on openEHR. Exact decisions re content and scope have not been made.

Is up to a point a similar dataset (remote chemotherapy monitoring)

Hi
Remember vaguely that there are some attemps in Northern Norway regarding nutrition and exercise. Perhaps Rune Pedersen can give any clues? (I’ll notify him)

Hi Koray,
The EHRServer can be a good fit for the backed repository, can store any document defined by an OPT, is openEHR, is open source, etc…
For the last months I’ve been involved in a project that integrates data from wearables (integrating UnderArmour, FitBit, etc.), we are working with mobile apps also on that project, with a custom backend. This is all closed source, but I know something about the subject. Just let me know if I can help.
Thanks Vebjørn, appreciate that.
Thanks Pablo,
Yes EhrGen was the first thing I thought about – but at this stage I’m looking for something with a reasonable front-end into PHR domain. A colleague of mine asked about this so I’ll forward your response.
Oh and Ian thanks to you as well – I’ll mention rippleosi as well.
In fact EHRGen is about front end, EHRServer is the backend ![]()
Hi Koray,
We are involved in a project where we are going to integrate information from sensors, EHR and PHR and we will use openEHR (and SNOMED CT) for parts of the project. Some information can be found at the project website http://ecareathome.se/ .

Mikael
Hi all,
our eCare project was something similar. We developed an OpenEHR based cloud solution which was used by patients at home, doctors and nurses in the clinical environment. The project was primarily focused on developing a method and a platform that would support design and development of different “interventions”. We worked on interventions for diabetes, asthma, obesity, sports activity and schizophrenia. We also evaluated the “interventions” in clinical trials (asthma, diabetes, obesity) and field testing for the sports activity intervention.
We modeled each intervention with BPMN2 and OpenEHR.
Regards,
Mate
