Updated UML release 102 resources

I have updated the Release 1.0.2 UML resources page with new XMI files and new diagrams for the Demographics and EHR Extract parts of the RM. This includes a slightly reworked Participations model for EHR Extracts.

It would be interesting to know how well the XMI files perform in other tools.

I am using these UML files to generate some openEHR 2.x candidate models as well, so XMI files for these will also appear at some point. These latter files are likely to be the ones of interest to the CIMI forum.

have you seen my previous comments on the wiki regarding XMI and EMF?
