looking for news about the CCR Standard i discovered that there took
place "/A Symposium on Present and Future Uses" of/ Continuity of Care
Record (CCR) in September in the US.

I found most interesting Kibbe's Screenshots of real implementations of
the CCR and the information given by Steve Waldren about where CCR is
heading to by presenting a Version 2 roadmap and Millers insights into
the problems of data migration coming up when data has to be moved from
one system to another.
Experiences with PDF-H, that is able to include structrured CCR data
within a PDF document, have been presented by Kahn.
Waegemann talked about the CCR's Role in the eHealth ecosystem and
presented a mobile phone based solution that can support a big bunch of
future eHealth applications.
