Together with one of our customers (hospital) we are looking into structured data to follow up patients with problems in the spine. The use-case is structured data from first encounter into potential surgery. Then there will be reports to a national quality registry.
The data will cover comobordities, nevrological findings, imaging findings, etc.
I assume most of these datasets will have global reuse potential.
Have anyone here developed such models before? Anyone interested in joining in on the (potential) project to share ideas and modelling patterns?
Added a new archetype, based on similar work on Apperta by alan.fish@apperta.org , for the capture and reporting of details of the Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire.
Changed the archetype_id into a lowe-case identifier and translated to Norwegian based on phrases from the national spine registry.
