Ruby implementation version1.0.0 released

Happy holidays, folks!

I just released Ruby implementation of the openEHR specification version
1.0.0. This is the first stable branch of our porject. Our project is
still in progress and not so matured as other implementation, but it
covers almost all specifications of the openEHR specification documents.
This release includes:
* ADL 1.4 parser
* AOM packages based on specification release 1.0.2
* RM packages based on specification release 1.0.2
* Change license to Apache 2.0 from MPL 1.1
Not includes:
* ADL Serializer
* Archetype Validator
* Persistent layer
* User interface
* Terminology server
* Measurement server

Most of the items not incuded would be implemented as other projects.
Developers guid is not well documented. Spec files are helpful for your
development.

It has been a while since I’ve used Ruby, but I guess I’ll have setup a dev environment just to take a look at your work :slight_smile:
Also well done with the Apache licence, we’ll probably follow you on that one!
