referenceranges in Quantity package

Excuse me when I am wrong, I checked it in the specs.

In DvOrdered, there is a attribute otherReferenceRanges, this is
inherited by about all the other classes in the Quantity-package, but
there the name changed to referenceRanges. I believe this is not
according the specs. I think it should be otherReferenceRanges in all
subclasses involved

You are right, again! =)
It was a mix - some of the parameters have been renamed according to the specs, some not. Hopefully they are all fixed now.
