OUTAGE - openEHR Jira (issue tracker) and Confluence (wiki) moving this weekend

We are going to attempt to move (and upgrade) both the issue tracker as well as the wiki this weekend. The website will also move. This will enable us to use the latest Linux, as well as latest versions of Jira, Confluence, as well as set up some basic tools like Git for which the current server Linux is too old.

For this to occur, backups will be taken today from Jira and Confluence. Please do not make any changes to either of these services from the close of business today (UK time) Friday 5th april.

The work transferring the openEHR.org web services (site, confluence and Jira) is taking longer than planned. The services should be considered out of service until further notice.
