Hi William,
I can see the value of what you are proposing but I am not sure that I
would carry this kind of knowledge in the archetype. It feels to me
more like 'guidelines' knowledge in terms of Alan Rector's diagram.

I agree with Ian, more so because this can of procedures may vary around countries, while the medical concepts described in the archetypes are more generally applicable.
