The external connection used by the openEHR servers will be affected
from Wed 2nd April 19:00BST - Thu 3rd April 08:00BST.
The connection might not be out for the entire time, but should be
considered "at risk" for that period.
This will affect the openEHR web site, wiki, issues server, email lists,
etc.
