Karolinska’s/Region Stockholms templates etc, are developed (using Archetype Designer) in different branches of https://github.com/regionstockholm/CKM-mirror-via-modellbibliotek/ and when something is somewhat finished it is often published as a github “release”: Releases · regionstockholm/CKM-mirror-via-modellbibliotek · GitHub

Would be great to have a talk about this regarding the experiences. I had an idea of such a pattern for Norway as well. And if it works well we should of course adopt it as a pattern.

Thanks @Asa_Skagerhult !

I’m wondering who’s leading the modelling effort for WP2? Some of the listed requirements overlap with concepts we’ve been working on for a long time regarding the examination of anomalies/lesions/findings/whateveryoumightcallthem, both for physical and imaging examinations. It’s proved to be a difficult concept to get right, and it’d be good to have another use case to further inform the modelling pattern.

I’d love to participate, having a special interest in the field from way back when I worked clinically in plastic/reconstructive surgery and wound/burns care.

Please find the Uppsala presentation from the Nordic openEHR Collaboration Meeting 2025 below. All the best / Joana

Hi Silje!

We are just about to set up the project properly, so no one is appointed to lead the modelling effort yet. But as informatics resources we have Ruth Lochan Winton and Arooj Amer from Region Uppsala, Emma Molin and Joana Vicente from Cambio, and in a few weeks Thérèse Högberg Mårder from RÖ. In August David Wetterbro will be back from parental leave also. And I am spinning around doing everything, so I have only limited time to dive into the informatics details, I try to keep the bigger picture together.

As project manager we have Moustafa Elmasry, who’s a plastic surgeon and head of the Plastic and hand surgery and burn care unit in Linköping. We are also cooperating with Folke Sjöberg, who’s also a surgeon from the burn care unit in Linköping; his company has developed an AI based wound app (SeeWound) and the idea is to openEHR-ify the data from this app. The SeeWound case is our attempt to get results as fast as possible, but the openEHR specs will be used as part of the full solution for burn care. In Moustafa and Folke we have the deepest clinical wound knowledge there is.

We would absolutely love to cooperate with you!

Åsa
