you are right - the references are missing. In fact the referenced documents are somewhat out of date, but they are the 2 documents you can see at http://my.openehr.org/wsvn/specification/TRUNK/architecture/am/language/language_design/?rev=0&sc=0
We will correct this document, thanks for the tip.
