As was identified in Missing at code in ITEM_TREE - Tool Support / Archetype Designer - openEHR, there have been instances where an AT-code wasn’t added to ITEM_TREE structures in an earlier version of Archetype Designer.
We’ve identified that this also was a problem with the protocol ITEM_TREE in (at least) OBSERVATION archetypes. An example is Charlson Comorbidity Index (CCI), which was just republished as v2 to fix the problem.
A potential problem is that we don’t know how many archetypes have been affected by the problem. It could be that CCI was the only one, but it could also be that a lot of CKM archetypes are affected. Is there any way we could get an overview of the extent of this problem?
