I can’t find anything other than ‘Sex’ which is different, being sex at birth.
These are very old archetypes based on the ISO demographics standard. I’m not sure if that has been updated in this area.
A local archetype is probably wise, especially as tis i, of course a very complex and fraught area, where local requirements and policy probably play a large part
I think the nail requirement is the identity code, which can have different value sets depending on the location. In my case, I’m following a national FHIR guide. So technically the archetype shouldn’t have a terminology binded, but the template does.
Another requirement that I’ve seen is the pronouns. I don’t know if there is any standard for that, though I guess it’s based on language, so options should be finite and constant (I don’t think someone will invent a new pronoun).
