Do you want a way to view openEHRs reference model augumented by any operational template, and perhaps also also create mappings from other sources to openEHR?
As a small test balloon from a part of stage Zero in Region Stockholms’s/Karolinska’s CDR Catalyst initiative we are releasing the open source IntEHRgrator tool in a somewhat shaky and incomplete alpha-test state of implemantation to gather ideas and feedback.
The bleeding edge web-app version (that changes fairly often) is always available at intEHRgrator — Integration Workbench - a popup gives you a chance to instead open more stable versions (missing latest features).
The source code and documentation is available at GitHub - regionstockholm/intehrgrator: Experimental integration workbench · GitHub where you find things like
- user tutorial recommended companion when exploreing the app the first time use
- readme-file, general infomration
- List of issues (feature requests, bug reports etc) It is actually also the closest thing to an actural roadmap if you notice the tagging on the issues.
Curious brave alpa-testers are welcome to test! Feel free to post comments, questions, ideas etc here in the forum.
If you find a bug or have a rather concrete feature request or improvement idea, please create a github “issue” here, so that we can act on it quickly. If a somilar issue already exists, then you are welcome to comment it rather than creating a duplicate.
(If you are at the EHRCON26 conference then you can talk to @erik.sundvall about the above.)
Upcoming features later:
- inproved completeness and stability of generated integration mapping scripts
- inproved completeness and stability of AI-agent support for mapping creation
- partial formal (logical) validation support for mapping definitions
P.s. If you happen to be creating some other integration tool you are very welcome to include code or ideas from this work as part of your product, also if proprietary, since this ships under Apache 2 license. Preferably report bugs and feature requests though.
