It appears to be primarily about getting better knowledge/guidance resources to patients i.e. not directly about their records data, however it also talks about using their record data to personalise that advice. Might be something that we get involved with? @jpieraj
I see there are many institutions and HL7 EU as partners. It seems openEHR is not a partner, might be something the CIC board should be looking at?

Universidad Politécnica de Madrid can help us navigate into it if you think it would be of interest. HL7 are deeply involved into it.
