[Final Report] Region of Catalonia - RFI on technological elements to build an open platform using openEHR

As many of you already know, last year CatSalut published a preliminary market survey for procurement (RFI) of an openEHR-based health information platform. We would like to thank all the 15 companies that participated in the call, especially for the time and resources invested to prepare the high quality offers we received. This contribution has been of great value and has allowed us to acquire state-of-the-art knowledge about the market in relation to clinical data repositories based on the openEHR specifications.

@Daniel.Alomar @jpieraj and others from Catalonia:

  1. Is there anything that you now after completing both an RFI and starting a real procurement wish that you had asked (more) about in the RFI and/or procurement?
  2. Are there some filtering criteria that you would like to have added in the calls to be able to skip deeper evaluation of inferior or less serious bids not fulfiling those criteria?
