FHIR vs openEHR

Still trying unmix essential from ā€œmarketingā€ on both sides.

What i see, that fhir involves engineers more into modeling, openehr less. And that is Grahame’s point in zulip. fhir is trying to make it ā€œimplementableā€ from the beginning, openehr separate concerns - modelers from implementers.

I have trauma after ā€œoverengineeredā€ and ā€œlet’s
be honest failed because of thisā€ RIM/V3 and see a lot of similarly of openehr and v3. I’ve heard a lot of similar arguments about semantic from v3 people
