Decision Logic Modules - move data syntax closer to JSON

As part of an ongoing effort to finalise the DLM language, I’ve upgraded its representation of static structures, including descriptive meta-data and terminology (logically the same data structures as in archetypes) to nearly JSON5-compliant (i.e. JSON with a few more things). See here.
