We are an island in Caribbean looking to implement an EHR for inpatient PT and Outpatient PT/OT. We currently have a low level of automation so there is lots of opportunity to implement an EHR along with peripheral systems. Is there anyone or company here with experience starting from ground zero that can recommend a product and company to implement?
If you’re looking for independent advice, I’d be happy to help. Of course there are others on this platform who can provide similar services with more hands on experience with the actual software. So I suggest you get further input. I love the Caribbean and live in another island nation (new zealand) 
@KBarwise and the MoHW in Jamaica have done a lot of work on open Platform - well worth a discussion.
