I’m struggling to see that work. An ‘issue’ is significantly different in meaning from ‘aid’: Aid is something to relieve/fix an issue.
What could work is add another repeating cluster for ‘aids’, similar to issues. But you’ll want to specify the kind of aid: e.g. device, or help from other. And for device a slot for cluster.device. And for help from others a cluster for person I guess.
