ADLWB 1.5.0 1826 Beta 8 exception on File > Open

Hi all, I just opened the ADLWB, and if the first thing I do is File > Open, I get:

can you please raise an issue report here <http://www.openehr.org/issues/browse/AWBPR&gt;, with the usual details of platform., how you installed etc?
