ADL parser license

Hi Rong.

We´ve just realised that the license for the ADL parser is GPL, unlike the rest of OpenEHR which is MPL (Is this correct or did I misunderstand?)
Was this really Acode´s intention?
If so, here at Zilics we won´t be able to use it in the commercial software that we´re building (bummer!)

btw, I still haven´t heard your thoughts about the merge…

The license of ADL parser needs to be adjusted, so no worries there =)

Regarding the merge, I will come back with some specific comments soon.
