I am a General Physician, practicing family medicine at Agra. I took a one year program from Harvard Medical School S.Q.I.L toward Learning Health Systems and to demonstrate a LHS at organizational level i launched 6 Generic Drug Stores under Prime Minister of India’s welfare scheme, one primary care clinic, One privately held pharmacy with branded medicines which functions as ALL WOMEN Pharmacy, One healthtech company into SDGs and a foundation into Digital Transformation of Healthcare.

Together I am launching a concept, (MVP not yet) called City of One. An AI powered Building, based on 8 Japanese Philosophies, 17 SDGs and Principles of WHO Digital Health, WHO Primary Care, WHO Integrative Medicine, WHO One Health and WHO Learning Health Systems. I envision integrating 25000 Point of Sale service instances of PoS software (by ethics innovations) that powers 25000 PM Janaushadhi Kendras, with openEHR and carefully picked Clinical Information Systems, and make the healthcare interaction a Population Health Level Analytics program where integration with Google PHAO and Google AMIE can provide point of care Primary Care Services curated and powered by AI. Thus converting Point of Sale terminals into essentially an unmanned Primary Care Clinic.

To envision this proof of concept, I, as mentioned earlier have commissioned 6 Janaushadhi Kendras and I plan to launch small Digital Health and Applied Clinical Informatics Solutions over an openEHR ecosystem in my pursuit toward a UNIFIED DIGITAL HEALTH PLATFORM. The UDHP thus attained will power my 6+1+1+1+1 local instances of openEHR and I thus aim to present a TRE Trusted Research Environment that can safely tender data to India’s AI Mission. To do this i am additionally taking trainings in FHIR and OMOP via OHDSI India.

Once a MVP is attained, I plan to suggest Prime Minister of India’s Office through Office of the Principal Scientific Advisor, to introduce another welfare scheme to be called PM MAIA ( PM Medical AI Assistant ) @ PMBJP Centers. In vernacular language PM MAIA will rhyme as PM MAYA meaning Wonders of PM.

Thus an additional capstone that I will do is to write a position paper toward above, and in that pursuit I hope to get support of few Industry leaders like Dr Mark Braunstein, Josh C Rubin of Learning Health Community, Grahame Grieves, Dave deBronkart, John D Halamka, Joshua Mandel, and others who have been my instructors at some point of time.
