And we need you! The question is simple: what is your favourite archetype? Use the following poll to vote or if you have a better idea, reply to this thread. We will re-run the poll closer to the event if anything get contentious. The only rule: it has to ve a v1+, validated archetype. So dont get any ideas to quickly build the Best Archetype in the World Ever and add that in the mix! Vote for your top 3. [poll type=multiple results=always min=1 max=3 public=true chartType=bar] * Absence of information * Substance use * Blood pressure * Advance care directive * Body mass index * Glasgow Coma Scale * Body surface area * Health risk assessment [/poll] --- ## Post #2 by @shnj.kobayashi How about a multi-lingual archetype figure? This is an example, a mindmap of blood pressure archetype in Japanese. ![DSC_0675|690x388](upload://wZuK7BbNqAzJtG0oseYFcB8EUtw.jpeg) --- ## Post #3 by @Pete_Bouvier Love this! --- ## Post #4 by @Kanthan_Theivendran This is brilliant --- ## Post #5 by @varntzen Does it have to be one archetype? There are some intriguing mindmaps from the design phase of several concepts. I know @heather.leslie has the latest version of one concept the Norwegian team and Heather worked on together, but as my brain is in deep sleep mode due to summer vacation, I'm not able to recall which 😀. Maybe Heather can remember? We actually talked about printing it on a t-shirt and wear at the conference in November. --- ## Post #6 by @shnj.kobayashi This is my first image based on Blood pressure archetype, an example that shows many translations with our international collaboration. ![archetype_universal_language.drawio|690x443](upload://kXzKYliKnLXATPpOVBjoPyMRzCg.jpeg) --- ## Post #7 by @lars.lindskold Love it! But can you have it in high resolution - cant read --- ## Post #8 by @shnj.kobayashi This is the svg format file. maybe more fine. ![archetypes.drawio|690x443](upload://mN3TijglXvUCUnSd773MH1QHZ3G.svg) --- ## Post #9 by @johnmeredith I'd love that as a high res wallpaper. Very cool --- ## Post #10 by @siljelb I have a love/hate relationship with pulse/heart beat. Just look at this beauty  :scream: :face_with_spiral_eyes: :weary: ![Heart beat.png|690x377](upload://po7SPVWfr1VD1Qb9LFsa2QDifwT.png) ![Heart beat.svg|690x377](upload://qLRT1mW9wB8edy3QwkBuWKcTtSB.svg) --- ## Post #11 by @yampeku Corrected perspective a bit to make it more "wallpaperly" ![imageedit_3_3260684511(1)|690x345](upload://4oyrOI53sRsceCV8jZrkDWhEnoD.png) --- ## Post #12 by @siljelb As for favourites, I had to think about this a bit, and I think it must be Problem/diagnosis: * It's one of the OG archetypes, uploaded to CKM 16 years ago in 2008 * It was one of the first archetypes I ran international reviews on, and got published in June 2015 after five(!) review rounds, with 33 reviewers submitting a total of 68 reviews * It's fairly simple, with only 12 data elements, all on the root level * It's only needed minor changes since its initial publication nine years ago, with a current SemVer version 1.4.0 * It's (at least partially) translated into 13 languages in addition to the original English, three of which have the "Completed" status * It's one of the few published archetypes that I don't have any misgivings about. It just works :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: ![Diagnosis|690x395](upload://eZCotLdfVHY3YsEwogIx8ssCuTF.svg) --- ## Post #13 by @Daniel.Alomar Since "blood pressure" is used as the first and basic example or archetype, perhaps we could use it adding two sentences to the archetype. The first on above "Hello World!" and "This is openEHR" or "This is blood pressure" under the archetype. --- ## Post #14 by @damoca Just as an idea, how about creating the "openEHR archetype"? Something like this (to be improved) ![image|690x499](upload://sAWUKb7STctXQtHMDII1Yx90ktm.png) --- ## Post #15 by @yampeku The attributes could easily be description, protocol, data, events... --- ## Post #16 by @heather.leslie This discussion triggered a memory of our openEHR Christmas message in 2017 from the clinical program... in the shape of a template that was in an incubator on CKM for a period of time. Dusted it off for your enjoyment... ![SeasonsGreetings2017|526x500](upload://cIFLuf68s26Q4kRSdgeVVsK0U8t.jpeg) I can't upload the files, so sharing them from Dropbox, for those who are interested... [/quote] Great! Need to add the other two programs: Education and Software. --- ## Post #23 by @siljelb [quote="varntzen, post:22, topic:5493"] Need to add the other two programs: Education and Software. [/quote] They're under the "4" next to "Programs". Here's the Xmind file if anyone wants to play around with it: [openEHR.xmind|attachment](upload://A14O2FTUSUX0GqSGGKTXv3DO2DW.xmind) (227.3 KB) --- ## Post #24 by @yampeku By the way, some time ago someone in the community made "mug" archetypes and I know a few people who bought it (I don't really remember who made the mugs), but it's probably my most precious openehr possession ![17234589912498812745580533165367|375x500](upload://8Jvsfs5treyPCGJf6o6iai9kB7w.jpeg) I will try to do a panoramic photo from it --- ## Post #25 by @heather.leslie @johnmeredith was that you? --- ## Post #26 by @ian.mcnicoll John is off sick apparently but I am pretty sure he was responsible for the Mug archetype. I --- ## Post #27 by @siljelb We could re-do a similar concept though  ![Beverage intake|690x341](upload://ztfBAFqysktw8p4wZBh10s8VxdE.png) --- ## Post #28 by @siljelb ...or use the actual, published archetype [OBSERVATION.fluid_input](https://ckm.openehr.org/ckm/archetypes/1013.1.1671): ![Fluid input|690x312](upload://rHgMCnJKu4gZRIp1YJuVdFbwAig.png) --- ## Post #29 by @ian.mcnicoll I love this Beverage one - just a bit quirkier than a 'proper' archetype. --- ## Post #30 by @siljelb In the context of a mug, the Fluid input one is rather quirky too...  Btw, here are Xmind files for both of them: [Fluid input.xmind|attachment](upload://ximHKPiqDaMrpVhorF22wMzZx4I.xmind) (79.1 KB) [Beverage intake.xmind|attachment](upload://a63ahpadE6fpMSGpTR8SxAT3diT.xmind) (86.1 KB) --- ## Post #31 by @ian.mcnicoll Yup - in the context of a mug - I get it ... eventually!! --- ## Post #32 by @heather.leslie Riffing on a great theme... ![Caffeine input|690x387](upload://iP0zvpWbxAr7GFiZSwuRCqf2TU8.png) Maybe we need to add this specialisation to CKM? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: --- ## Post #33 by @thomas.beale @heather.leslie brilliant! But we need a wine one as well. I know it's in good hands. --- ## Post #34 by @heather.leslie Don't forget beer... so many options! --- ## Post #35 by @Jussara_macedo Wonderful, Shinji! You should make a T-shirt with that. I would love wear it at HL7 meetings. --- ## Post #36 by @johnmeredith Actually it was Hildi ;-) My idea but she built the archetype. --- ## Post #37 by @Daniel.Alomar I would change "Milk type" to "Creamer type" ("Supplementary fluid type" is too long) .. oat and almond are not milk :stuck_out_tongue: --- ## Post #38 by @Koray_Atalag Hmm, rationally Blood pressure archetype, amazing to see version Hx, review results and translations. It's also an excellent example of why openehr is closer to clinicians as it represents unit of clinically relevant model with contrast to using a FHIR profile with multiple Observation resources. --- ## Post #39 by @varntzen [quote="Koray_Atalag, post:38, topic:5493"] Blood pressure archetype [/quote] You are right, it makes most sense and for people outside the community/congregation :-P it will be more recognised. Internally, I guess we're a bit tired of the BP archetype, and want to promote something new and funny. Let's do as Winnie the Pooh and say "Both, please". --- ## Post #40 by @Koray_Atalag In that case my second preference would be Adverse Reaction Risk. As I recall we worked with the FHIR community to create this one which at that time resulted in a carbon copy Resource. Not sure if they went separate ways afterwards. --- ## Post #41 by @siljelb [quote="Koray_Atalag, post:40, topic:5493"] Not sure if they went separate ways afterwards. [/quote] They have diverged a bit since initial publication. Additionally, we've separated out what was the internal cluster "Reaction event" into a separate CLUSTER archetype for reuse in other related contexts such as the "Adverse reaction monitoring" archetype. --- ## Post #42 by @varntzen Sorry, I meant BOTH the BP *and* a more cool and funny one. Type Fluid input, with coded text various drinks (caffeine, wine, beer, whisky), Intent, Outcome, Triggers, etc. I could wear a T-shirt with that! --- ## Post #43 by @Kanthan_Theivendran I like this one as it summarises openEHR as a tech, clinical and community approach all working together. Nothing else compares --- ## Post #44 by @johnmeredith Dear all. The official vote is online now - thank you for all your efforts and contribution. We're keeping it vanilla htis year but I'm definitely banking the Japanese archetype!!
