# The cancer template that kills form builder

Does anybody have a good way (linter or AI skill perhaps) of finding strange errors in templates? OR could it be form builder that is stricter than Archetype Designer?

The attached template is made in Archetype Designer and can be used to create a form and saved but when we try to open the form again in EHR studio it we get the error screen shown below.

The console error says something about the ISM (instruction state machine) and we do use an action where all transitions have been set to 0..0 so that was my prime suspect (despite the end user error saying something about deleted template) - BUT exactly the same construct works fine in for forms based on another template ([source](https://github.com/regionstockholm/CKM-mirror-via-modellbibliotek/blob/multidiciplinery-tumor-meetings/local/Diagnostic_MDT_Lung_cancer.t.json) and [release including OPT](https://github.com/regionstockholm/CKM-mirror-via-modellbibliotek/releases/tag/Diagnostic_MDT_Lung_cancer.1.0.1))

Which “transition” has been set to 0..0? The 1..1 ism\_transition of the ACTION class, or the 0..1 transition of the ISM\_TRANSITION class?
