# Template Files

Hello

I have been lurking on the lists for a while, specifically looking at mails relating to the templates being constructed. I see that the UK NHS is creating templates ( that is *.oet ) files, which are published on their SVN site.

A few questions :

- What tools are used to create these files, are the tools open source?
- Is the *.oet file format an OpenEHR standard file format? - I can not find any reference to it on the OpenEHR site.
- Are there any other organisations creating templates? - are they publicly available?
