Why is there a property size for data in DvMultimedia, and not for
integrity_check?

because the data are likely to be large (maybe very large), but the
integrity check will always be small, e.g. 1kb or less.

Thanks, I was too much focussing on programming and I thougt size was to
help programmers, which is a stupid thought, I admit. Help for
programmers should never be a part of the standard.
The width attribute is defined as a DV_DURATION type and it is required.
However the text says that it should be Void if the Interval_Event is
instantaneous. There is also an invariant preventing width from being
Void.
DV_DURATION must be a valid ISO8601 duration string.
I believe that the text explanation should read:
"Length of the interval during which the state was true. A string
containing a single zero (e.g.'0') if an instantaneous event.
Thoughts?
