Dear all,

just a small request from our sysadmin:

please be careful when hitting reply\-all \- in particular, do not cc: to
addresses containing "\-bounces" \- these are used by the Mailman list
manager to detect faulty email addresses\.

There are lots of duplicate entries in the membership lists\. They've got to
clean them up and also not allow users to register twice\.
