# openEHR site outage for software upgrades

Hi,

In order for us to carry out essential software upgrades to the openEHR
server\.  There will be two periods of service disruption this month\.
Although each session will be upgrading a single service, and the other
parts of the site should continue to be available, it may be neccessary
to restart other parts of the servive, so the site should be considered
at risk during these periods\.

Wednesday 13th May 2009 \- Wiki \(Confluence\)

08:00 \- 10:00 BST \- Wiki software upgrade\.  The Wiki will be unavailble
      and other services should be considered at risk\.
10:00 \- 12:00 BST \- General at risk period\.

Thursday 21st May 2009 \- Issues tracking \(Jira\)

08:00 \- 10:00 BST \- Issues tracking software upgrade\.  The issues
      tracking system will be unavailble and other
      services should be considered at risk\.
10:00 \- 12:00 BST \- General at risk period\.

We do not expect these upgrades to take the full amount of time we have
reserved here and we will do our best to keep disruption to a minimum\.

Hi,
